His tour brought him to places such as Okinawa - Japan, Pohang & Osan - South Korea, Yuma - Arizona, Kanoi Bay - Hawaii, 29 Palms - California, Fort Lee - Virginia, and aboard the USS Bonhomme Richard.

Josh Graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management - Magna Cum Laude from Minnesota State University - Mankato. While attending college, he was on the National Association of Home Builder's competition team for two years, was the Construction Management Student Association President during his senior year, worked with Habitat for Humanity, and helped with the fundraising efforts for the Mankato Area Youth Baseball Association.

Josh's first project following college was to Design & Build his Home. He spent the summer living on site and self performed most of the construction. He and his Wife plan to live there indefinitely and are expecting their 2nd child in May 2012.
